The Tart Studio delivers hand-made French tarts across 32 cities, from the studio in Allen, Texas — the northern suburbs, Dallas itself, and up to 50 miles out. Boxes are six for $35 or twelve for $70, with 48 hours notice on every order.
Every box is delivered locally by YallaBites, who handle delivery the same way they handle checkout. Nothing goes by post — which also happens to be the only sensible way to move pastry this delicate.

48 hours on every order. Nothing is pre-made, so the tarts are baked for the date you pick. Larger orders and busy weekends fill up first — the earlier you book, the more dates you can choose from.
Getting there
Boxes travel flat and cold. Tarts are best eaten the day they arrive — the pastry is crisp, and it is at its best before it has spent a night in a fridge.
On the longer runs, the dark chocolate ganache holds up best of the three: it is set firm and least affected by time in the box. The strawberry custard is the most heat-sensitive and should be kept out of direct sun.
Booking a delivery date
Dates are chosen on YallaBites at checkout — that is the only place orders are taken, so the calendar there is always the accurate one.
The first thing YallaBites asks for is the delivery address, which is what determines whether a date can be offered at all. Set that, choose a box and a flavour, then pick from the dates still open. Everything is baked to the date you choose, so the calendar is the real constraint rather than a formality.
